TradeCert Canada

In partnership with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce offers access to TradeCert Canada, a secure online platform for certificates of origin and related export documents.

TradeCert Canada helps businesses submit, upload, and certify export documentation online, reducing the need for in-person visits and making the process more efficient for businesses that require certified trade documents.

Log in to TradeCert Canada to access your account.

To register, follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the Letter of Waiver Form.
2. Email your completed Letter of Waiver and company business registration to importexportservices@chamber.ca.
3. Once your documents are received, your company profile will be created and login details will be emailed to you.

Important Note: If you are the manufacturer of the goods you intend to export, please please include a Manufacturer’s Declaration. The Chamber requires proof of origin for all goods listed on a Certificate of Origin. For a complete list of accepted proof of origin documents, please click here.

Electronic Signatures/Stamps

• Members: $35 plus tax
• Non-members: $45 plus tax

Manual Signatures and Stamps

• Members: $45 plus tax
• Non-members: $55 plus tax
• Courier fee: $30 tax included
