Clary Ager feels there’s plenty of amazing talent and opportunities in Cape Breton, and plenty of potential as well.
Ager is co-founder of Ager Lane Flower Farm and Event Space in Big Bras d’Or with her wife, Percy Ager. Clary served as the keynote speaker for this year’s Advantage Women’s Empowerment Conference held Thursday at the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion in Sydney.
Along with being an award-winning entrepreneur, Clary is also a business consultant and inspirational speaker. She guides personal brands, business and non-profits on how to make their spaces more accessible and inclusive, especially for 2SLGBTQ+ and disabled communities.
