Coastal Roots Therapy
Coastal Roots Therapy provides professional, non-judgmental counselling for adults (18+) experiencing a variety of challenges, with a particular passion for supporting caregivers and others who often put the needs of others before their own. Coastal Roots Therapy is built on the principle that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful counselling and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I prioritize client autonomy and collaborate with clients to develop approaches that align with their goals and values. Taking the first step toward change can be difficult.
